Our Facilities

Costas Georgiou S.A produces bags in polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) polypropylene (PP), as well as eco-friendly photodegradable and biodegradable bags in vegetable starch, implementing the IQ NET - DQS EN ISO 9001: 2008 quality system.

Starting out in 1999, the Company engaged in a wide investing program regarding both its facilities and mechanical equipment. In 2008, specifically, it spent approximately €800,000 for its modernization.

Its production plant, a building of 1,660 square meters, is located in a lot measuring 7,000 square meters on the Athens – Thessaloniki motorway, 52 km from Athens city centre, at the Avlonas Industrial Zone.

The production lines include extruders, printing machines, bag making machines and sealing equipment that, in combination to the building infrastructure, provide ideal production conditions and ensure best quality products.
